Madeline Prior
Madeline is a director of Relevar and also the managing partner of Prior Law, a full service suburban and country firm in Melbourne and regional Victoria. Within the firm, Madeline personally has wide commercial law practice. A keen interest in technology and innovation has assisted Madeline in keeping the firm up to date with the latest technological advances and her strong management of the practice has allowed Prior Law to expand considerably since 2014. In 2020 Madeline completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Monash University. Following this experience, Madeline founded Relevar with Mark, in order to provide the legal industry with effective technology solutions. This business knowledge equips her to both strategically direct Relevar and also understand and assist identify growth opportunities.
Mark Hollands
Mark is a director of Relevar and Chief Technical Officer. Mark’s experience in the technology industry has spanned a range of product and engineering leadership roles within dynamic startups and across a range of industries. Experience leading an agile team in the Internet of Things and consumer electronics industries at a venture backed startup, enabled Mark to establish connections with some of the biggest players in the industry. Mark favours a highly collaborative style of agile product development, refining ideas with key stakeholders to create value and then iterate with a focus on data driven decision making. Through completing his MBA in 2020, Mark was able to connect business strategy to technology strategy. Mark’s understanding of the business drivers and how they can influence product strategy enables him to deliver the right technology solution in order to deliver superior business outcomes for legal technology industry.
